We are currently migrating all clients to a new hosting cluster, designed from the ground up to offer us with the ability to grow as the number of customers keeps increasing, while still maintaining the high level of availability of our services.
While migrating, the last remaining server of the old infrastructure decided to finally give up the spirit. A small number of clients (three to be exact) were affected by this. The websites affected were unavailable for a small number of hours. We will honor our uptime guarantee, and those clients will receive a one week credit to their accounts.
FTP access has seen changes for all clients migrated. The email you received linking to this announcement will provide you with the steps to reset your FTP access, along with further instructions.
